Description:

Discover the art of crafting a 16-18” turkey tail broom, or besom, in this 2 hours class that delves into the spiritual and practical aspects of broom making.  Participants will explore the symbolism and significance of the broom as a spiritual tool while learning the hands-on craft.  After a brief introduction, you will select your materials, learn some basic broom-making techniques, and personalize your broom to reflect your unique intentions.  You’ll gain insight into cleansing and blessing your broom and discover how to incorporate it into your spiritual practice.  Join us in this immersive experience and craft a broom that becomes a part of your healing journey.

Time: 10:00 AM to Noon

Cost: Fee+Materials: $65

What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook, pen, and anything you might want to decorate your broom (feathers, dried herbs, charms, ribbon).
